At Stoofie™, we’re excited to offer FREE shipping on all orders!

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed. Once your order is handed off to our shipping carrier, it’s officially on its way to your chosen address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

The delivery time for your package depends on several factors, especially your location. Here’s what you can generally expect after your order has been dispatched.

United States : 5-10 Business Days

Please keep in mind that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit time and tracking updates that are beyond our control. For international shipments, unexpected customs delays might also occur, extending the overall delivery time.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It’s important to double-check your shipping details at checkout to ensure they’re accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect shipping information may cause delays or even cancellation of your order. If our system detects an issue with your address, our customer support team will email you within 3 business days to verify the details. If we don’t receive a response, we may need to cancel your order.

If you spot an error in your shipping details, please email us at pets@stoofie.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make the necessary changes, but we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to do so after this time frame.

Delayed Delivery

At Stoofie™, we understand how important it is for you to receive your order promptly, and we work hard to ship out all orders as quickly as possible. However, there may be times when delivery is delayed due to factors beyond our control.

Couriers may encounter unexpected delays during transit, such as severe weather or transportation issues. If this happens, we’ll work closely with the courier to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible. Additionally, unforeseen issues like product availability, address verification, or payment processing delays might affect your order. If we encounter any issues that could cause a delay, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

While Stoofie™ is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, we’ll always do our best to keep you updated on your order’s status and assist with any issues that arise.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We know how frustrating it can be to experience a lost or stolen package. Once we hand your package over to our courier partners, it’s out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at pets@stoofie.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

We recommend reaching out to the courier company directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages. We’ll also follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates. Please note that Stoofie™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping, and these situations fall outside our refund policy. However, we’ll do everything we can to help resolve the issue. If the package cannot be found or delivered, we may offer a replacement, depending on the circumstances.
