Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and we get it! If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be processing, and we might not be able to accommodate changes. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

We’re confident in our products, and we want you to be too! We encourage you to give your Stoofie™ automatic pet water fountain a try for at least 14 days. If you’re still not happy and want to return it, you can do so within 60 days under our money-back guarantee. Please note that any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To start a return, simply fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at pets@stoofie.com. For a faster resolution, please include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order.

Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure your product arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help. A product is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging (like a dented box) with an intact product inside doesn’t count as damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing pets@stoofie.com with a clear photo of the damage. We’ll determine if you’re eligible for a replacement at no extra cost. We don’t refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery
We work hard to get your order to you on time, but sometimes things happen that are out of our control—like delays caused by the courier, customs, or other shipping issues. If you run into any problems with delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It’s important to double-check your shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we’re not notified within 24 hours of your order being placed, we can’t offer a resend or refund.
